Dropped by this Burger King today In
Lusk North and had a great experience. The first thing I noticed was how incredibly clean the place was—tables were wiped down, floors were spotless, and the whole dining area looked great. The staff members were awesome too. Everyone was super friendly, greeted me with a smile, and got my food out fast and piping hot. It’s always nice when a quick bite is backed up by great service and a clean environment. Will definitely be back!

Response from the owner

I normally stay away from burger king but it was that was open in there last night for something to eat as was travelling late. Got what was supposed to be double cheese burger. 2 narrow pieces of meat with half cooked bacon thrown on a burger. Shocking service and hygiene of staff should be addressed.

Response from the owner

Hands down the worst Burger King in Ireland.

The food was terrible, the staff seemed completely switched off, and there was no friendliness or professionalism at all. They didn’t appear to care much about hygiene either, which was the most concerning part.

I watched staff handling food with bare hands after scratching themselves, with no gloves in sight. That is completely unacceptable and honestly disgusting.

On top of that, the food itself was bland, poorly made, and tasted awful. Despite there being around six staff members working, I still waited 24 minutes for just two burgers. People were sitting around visibly confused, wondering what was going on.

This is easily the worst BK I’ve visited in Ireland, and I definitely would not recommend it. The food on the northbound side is noticeably better.

Applegreen really need to sort this out. 0/10

Response from the owner
